Please allow 2-4 weeks to make your jewelry as most pieces are handmade to order. If you have a deadline for this piece don't hesitate to reach out. Once your piece is finished it will be shipped via USPS. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on it. 

Domestic Shipping

Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS. You can select your carrier and shipping speed at checkout. Domestic orders can be tracked to its end destination. International orders will be shipped via DHL International which takes about 7-21 business days once shipped. I have no control over the duration of the delivery time once packages are in the care of the delivery carrier so please keep that in consideration. Custom fees might be charged depending on your country, in which case you may be notified to personally pick up your package at your local postal location and pay the fees. Returns

You may return your piece in its original condition within 14 days of receiving for either a full refund or store credit. Only once I receive your piece in the mail will I exchange it, issue store credit, or refund you. Review the full return policy here.
