Your jewelry is often made once you place your order. Please allow 2-5 weeks for your jewelry to arrive to you. If you have a deadline for this piece don't hesitate to reach out by filling out the Contact Form below.

Once your piece is finished it will be shipped via the carrier you selected at checkout. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on it.

You may return your piece in its original condition within 14 days of receiving for either a full refund or store credit. Only once I receive your jewelry in the mail will I exchange it, issue store credit, or refund you. Review the full return policy here. Returns are not accepted on custom pieces.

Yes! We offer chain extenders in different metal options here. When you buy a necklace and add chain length to your order we automatically assemble the added length for you onto the necklace.
